Punishment for Urinating in Public

I thought this was a rather funny little story. I wonder if the mayor had any idea how many people here would LOVE to be punished like this?

Well done Mr mayor!!! Getting ones cock out in a public place to pee (which I did on several occasions in the past) I now realise is not an acceptable way to behave in a civilised society. Nowadays I would rather wet my jeans than face charges of indecent exposure etc. (In the UK it is an offence to "Urinate in an public place" but I don't think any police officer would enforce that law if you were fully clothed at the time i.e. wet your pants
