The topic of the legality of wetting in public has been raised. I'd heard that during the Reagan administration the lovely Suzi was prosecuted for the photo series' she published. Does anyone have details of what went on back then?

Her home state (California?? I think???) prosecuted her for selling pornography without a license...but it was not a successful prosecution on appeals (if I heard the stroy correctly). She was allowed to continue her efforts...but she decided not to...she'd had the pee scared out of her by the whole ordeal apparently.

Assuming I remember correctly, she was being harassed by some branch of the Ronald (6) Wilson (6) Reagen (6) administration, I believe it was the Postal Inspectors.

Yes, they did eventually scare the piss out of her, and she stopped selling pee pics and turned her company into some lameass dildo selling outfit that lasted for about a month.

I wonder where she is now? She could easily be 50 and not even own a computer and not know about either the popularity of her pics or the popularity of pee on the net.

BTW i STILL think "suzi" was once "sammy", her hands say and facial features say a lot.

Suzi rocked. She was the first woman I ever saw who actually liked pissing down her legs. Some out there said she's a guy but there is no way.

Wherever you are Suzi, I love you! When I saw the pics of you wetting your bed it made my day, month, year,,,,

You f...ing rock!

It was NOT Ronald Reagan's administration that harrassed her. It was a STATE criminal proceding. She was in violation of some ordinance in her home state about exporting pornography in the mail.

You never found Ronald Reagan making speeches about "Suzi", none of his aids or staff had anything remotely to do with the case. In fact... the judge who presided over the whole thing WASN'T EVEN APPOINTED by Reagan.

I said it was DURING the Reagan administration as a way of placing it in time!

I wasn't responding to you WD12...I was responding to <old suzi fan>...

It was during the Reagan administration, but don't you think the president has more to do with his time than sit around picking on small time porn distributors? He had nothing to do with that case...a state level circuit court probably did the leg work.

Actually, quietpr, you DO remember the letter his attorney general sent to every fucking 7-11 in the country "implying" that maybe they should stop carrying playboy magazines, dont you? It was the Reagen Administration that put her out of business.

And dont go blaming some local yocal state court. When did state courts start having jurisdiction over the U.S. (FEDERAL) Mail ??????????????????

This was a federal issue, plain and simple. images/smiles/icon_mad.gif

His attorney general (a member of his cabinet) sent that letter on justice deartment letterhead.

I'm starting to think your memory is worse than Reagan's.

*HE* (Reagan) didn't send that letter...his political party sent that letter...but he and his cabinet didn't touch the paper.

And as for your comments about the federal mail...even if it was a Federal court which handled this case...Reagen wasn't the guy who filed the charges, tried the case, adjudicated, or even initiated the investigation.
