Browsing around through the archives I found out that Thursday December 7 00:00:00 2000 was the hour when this board was “born”. The first contribution appeared - titled “message board created”.

I think it’s time for me to say: “HAPPY ANNIVERSARY – SKYMOUSE”

Congratulations to you for creating this wonderful board and many thanks for providing a wonderful discussion forum for like-minded people.

I wish you all the best for the future and all the success you deserve for your great work.

Cheers

Skymouse. Happy wet board birthday!!! Don't have your snail mail or would have sent a card...at least out in the mail now. You have provided me with a wonderful opportunity to understand the man that I am married to.

Thanks for the outlet.

A year ago I was a "lurker". Then around Christmas I was looking for Wet Set it was down and I was directed here. I thought it would be nice to start posting with something new and I posted a brief introduction of myself and away we went.
People and topics came and went. Wet Set at the time (I do not know about now) was more about personal insults the peeing and we were basically not. We were not always perfect. When somebody did bring the Wet Set mentality we drummed them out as respectfully as possible. As we defined ourselves some heated discussions did take place. The big topic was underage wetting. We settled on the autobiographical incident telling we have now. A little liberal for my taste but I respect it.
For awhile a wide variety of peeing topics were discussed then for a few months just clothes wetting and now again more variety. Sometimes one person made a difference like Andromeda's bringing in male desperation.
We turned each other on educated each other and helped and consoled each other sometimes with off topics. There are many intelligent people here and we can not stick to one topic sometimes. The "off topic" dicussions were as good or better then the peeing ones
We helped each other with marital and child abuse (the Reader of the Board from the spring if you are still around please tell us how you are doing) or ethical and religoius delemas or just how to get our partners into what we are into.
One thing I never got tired of reading was posters who discovered this board and found out they are not the only ones. We all have that in common
The moment that defined for me what a great bunch of people we have was Sept 11th. As a lot of you know I live in the New York area and after finding out my family was ok I posted here to tell everybody I was ok. What I found that night and in the days that followed I will never forget the rest of my life. It is one thing to here politicians from other countries give thier condolences but the warm words ,prayers and the pure emotions were unbelievable. These were just words on the screen but I physically felt the hands reaching out the hugs etc. and in the anxious months that have followed coming here was a welcome break.
Last but not least I want to thank Skymouse for not only creating this board but listining and when possible acting on our suggestions.
I am optimistic (not ususually in my nature) with the current group that the second year will be better then the first.

Hiya,

I just wanted to say Happy Anniversary as well. I used to post alot on Wetset as well but for some reason this just seems to be nicer board to chat on. There are very few if any flamers, everybody's tolerant, we have a laugh, there are some good stories but most importantly we have some really good discussions about this little thing in our lives that most of us keep well hidden. I'm going to post on that subject today by the way, I hope.

And....... thank you Filherup (lovely nickname) for replying to all my stories this year. I really do appreciate replies and feedback. I hope you have a nice Christmas.

Take Care

Holly x

Dear Fillherup!

Your summary of the first year has been one of the best contributions I've ever read here.

I intentionally picked out those touching passages to be quoted from your post because I totally agree with you that this board is more than the usual forums. It is not only fixed at the main topic and people are able to have discussions about many things on here.

So I hope that your wish may come true and the second year will be even better than the first.

Cheers

I will add my voice to this post. I am grateful to Sky for what he does for us, though let's not forget for him this is a business and not necessarily the fun entertainment it is for us. I am also VERY grateful to the other members whom I respect and admire as well as feeling a kinship with. It is reassuring to know that we are not alone and that our number seems to increase as time goes on...it can be a lonely fetish to have and it is nice to share it with others, even if that is just in a cyber sense rather than a real one!

I hope this board grows but stays like the community it feels today.

Many thanks all!

And Sky, any news on the bonus section of the pay site would be much appreciated. I have not yet begrudged the money you get from me, but I would like to support growth of your business and that means keeping the customer base fully entertained. The free stuff is top, a little extra on the pay stuff and you might become a true W/S hero and admitted to the Wetting Hall of Fame!!

To Hawkeye: The discussions I have had with you on or off topic have been one of the highlites of the year
To Holly: Your smile comes right thru the text here. I have enjoyed the zest in which you tell your stories and your postings was prominent on my mind as I wrote those words about Sept 11.
To Hawkeye, Holly and everybody else thank you for sharing your most personal things about yourselves here

I can only agree 100% with everything posted here. Well done mate, you are an absolute star.

You could even contribute yourself you know... (unless you already do under a pseudonym!!) Now, I wonder which one you might be?

Dear SPV!

Sorry for that stupid question: To whom does your post refer?

To Matt, the "jolly good fellow" from Great Britain, whose sense of humor always is pleasant?

To Theresa, the girl from the United States (I presume), who sometimes needs and very often tries to give help?

To Fillherup, who is a great philosopher and whose posts very often are on a level that it's hard to reply, because everything is even said?

To Holly, whose first-class contributions are that pleasant that she gets the most replies of all posters?

To Larry Lamb, whose stories are very well told and whose contributions to the discussions are ever interesting?

Or to me (???) who is only "adding his two pence" as you use to say?

Please tell me.

Cheers

Dear Fillherup!

Many thanks for the nice compliment. I remember our correspondence about several topics well and I've been very pleased with them too.
