I posted this true summer sighting on another site but the timing wasn't good, so I thought I'd try a repost here and see what you think............

It’s been a dry summer for sightings this year, but there was one episode of desperation that I thought might be of interest, so here goes.

A couple of weeks ago I took my visiting young nephew to our local park to help relieve the tedium of one of those long family visit type days (don’t worry, it’s not about him!). I sat down on a bench and left the 5 year old to run around the place as kids do on what was a late sunny afternoon.

At around this time, the A level (exam) results had just come out, and there was a fair bit of celebrating going on around the town. Well this park is designed for the under 9’s, but it didn’t stop a group of three boys and two girls, all of who looked like they had been celebrating exam results, from entering. In fact the two girls were both drinking Bacardi Breezers. One of the girls (the more mature of the two) sat on the bench next to mine, whilst the other four in the group started playing a game that looked like a cross between chase and hide and seek amongst the playground equipment. My nephew wasn’t bothered by them in the least bit.

Now they’d only been there five minutes when the girl that was in the game (who turned out to be called Rebecca) came over to the one on the bench and said “You know what, I need the toilet”. The girl on the bench laughed and said “I told you that you should have gone before we left”. They both acknowledged one another, and then just carried on as they were. I briefly looked for some signs of desperation (well I couldn’t resist!), but there was nothing.

About 20 minutes later, all this activity was still going on, and while I was still dutifully watching over my nephew, I caught sight of Rebecca hiding being a slide with one hand on the crotch of her tight dark blue pedal-pushers. In this game she kept moving around the different bits of equipment. Each time she stopped she would put her hand back between her legs. The guys didn’t seem to notice. She had clearly moved into quite serious desperation.

I continued to watch this fantastic display, and within a few minutes, her friend on the bench looked up from her magazine. Rebecca, guessing at this point that she’d been seen with her hand squeezing herself through her trousers said “It feels like I’m gonna wet myself”. Her friend replied “you’ll just have to go home and go to the toilet then wont you ”. Rebecca looked reluctant, and replied “OK, we will in a few minutes”. She was now holding herself openly, not only whilst hiding, but also in mid run. She wasn’t really doing much of a pee dance, all the movement was coming from a very active hand!

It only took another minute or so before Rebecca looked over to her friend and said “we’ll have to go now, I’m wetting myself”. There was no obvious sign of wetness, but they both left at that point. Her friend looked up at the boys and said “gotta go, blame Rebecca”.

Strangely, after all that fidgeting, Rebecca walked out of the park showing absolutely no sign of any desperation at all. I guess she knew that relief was in reach.

Well, a lovely posting, so close and yet so far from wetting her pants! (maybe she did?)
