ROFL @ Realaustream
On a serieus note:
1. I don't think it can harm her in a medical way. At least I guess you want to know about that aspect. But like ausstream said, I wouldn't do it by a complete surprise if she's not into it and doesn't expect it. "Oh dear... I think I just peed in you... I'm so sorry..." There's a big chance that was the last time you had sex with her.
2. Don't do it either in a bed that is not... uhum... protected. I think it streams out as quick at it goes in. What I do wonder about is, if you have a hard one... can you pee? Or do you wait while still inside of her till mister willy became dwarf willy again and then hoppa :?:
On a comic note:
1. If you pee in her and her eyes turn yellow... it's really time to stop peeing and take "him" out.
2. If she's pregnant... realize that your baby will become a prone golden shower lover.
3. If she's not pregnant but her tummy suddenly looks like she is, you better do like said in #1
4. If she manages to keep your pee inside; tell her to put her panties back on and let it all flow out through them. It must be an interesting experience to see her pee your pee in her panties.

I'm interested in Ger's point 2 here. Unless she'd happy to take a long rest for things to 'quiet down' I'd've though it a galacticl gargblaster next to impossible

I cannot remember when or where I read it, but I KNOW I saw it printed somewhere that a guy should NEVER urinate inside a woman.
Come on, really...........

Past girlfriend (mentioned here before)and I used to play this game sometimes: the challenge was for her to try and hold it in for as long as possible, and - this was the best part - not to let herself pee; coming out in sympathy, so to speak. She got so she could manage to control things for a few minutes, but it always came back out and she nearly always peed herself - I got back more than I gave. She explained it was difficult for her to know what was coming from where and she wasn't aware she was doing it.
Yes, it is possible (for me, at any rate) to pee whilst I'm hard. The problem is much more to do with the restrictions of a nice tight pussy than any phallic reluctance. But two words of warning:
1. It wrecks the sex. Sticky urine is not the ideal lubricant for a hard, pumping orgasm - things start to get gued together down there!
2. We never had any trouble - did it maybe five times together? - but I have been told it can cause infection in the vagina and associated plumbing. This maybe a cleanliness thing, I don't know.
By surprise? No, I wouldn't reccommend it! Although it was a nice surprise once when a partner who didn't (until then) suspect it was one of my proclivities did it to me.
"Oh NO! Oh god, I'm so sorry!"
I wasn't, sweetness. I really wasn't!

I used to play a bit of a variant on this game with a couple of ex's of mine during foreplay; we were still in underwear at the time, and we would position ourselves so that I could pee through my underpants, directly into her crotch - a bit awkward, but we could by doing so, fill her through her own panties. And of course, when she stood up, it would all pour out, just like she was peeing, but she didn't feel anything other than spreading warmth. Apparently both the initial filling and the subsequent draining felt quite pleasant. We will have to wait for a female contribution to this thread to find out exactly why that might be... :)

I've never had any particular trouble with this sort of thing. Stickiness has never been an issue, it does feel a fair bit different though. A surprise for me was that there isn't actually leakage (my experience) prior to withdrawal.
As far as safety goes... It seems to me counter-intuitive that urine would increase the risk of infection. The chemical properties of urine don't really promote bacterial growth, except for the liquid content. In fact I'd say that having semen inside the vagina would be a significantly greater infection risk. On that topic urine would probably kill a good proportion of sperm, though it wouldn't be particularly reliable. Therefore the only potential problem would be if vaginal cells have a specific intolerance to a component of urine, which seems doubtful.

From experiences in baths, I wouldn't think it's stickiness that's the problem as much as washing slipperiness out.
