Working: Avatars

Board has reinstated old avatars but facility to edit does not work so broken links cannot be repaired. Either enable avatars or delete old avatars.

I'm working on this one still.

As far as I can tell, it should now be possible for all users to upload custom avatars, as long as they don't exceed 80x80 pixels.
