I haven't yet been able to duplicate this problem. But maybe different users get a different display. Or maybe there's a browser-specific difference. More investigation to folllow.

Boris solved this one for us, by pointing out that you also need the right settings in User Control Panel - Edit Options. And I finally got Val to use the right Reply button. Together that solved Val's problem.

If anyone else's settings have got set wrong, in User Control Panel - Edit Options make sure that Show Images is checked. While there, I would also make sure that the other show options are checked too. Then click the Save Changes button at the bottom.

This new arrangement seems to have lost ability to change font. I say Georgia, you say Verdana. :( Other than that, everything seems fine....

Having seen quite a few nearly illegible posts already  , I'll vote for the Board insisting on nice and clear black Verdana!!! :p ;)

It's annoying in general because I have loads of weird fonts on mine but can't use them for boards and groups. :( If I had my way it'd be Monotype Corsiva....

Aaaaahh... that's your problem, Val. Fonts can only be shown if they are installed on the viewing computer. And, with something like the Internet which is intended for general viewing, I suspect that the choice is limited. What use would diplaying a page in barcode be (unless you're a barcode reader!)? If you nominate a font that others don't have, or the browser will not allow, it tries to use a similar one. I don't know on what criteria but some substitutions are weird.

Makes sense. I was thinking that the fonts belonged to the board. My own emailer does something similar but that does retrict to only its own four fonts.
