Is there likely to be a contribution section where members can upload videos in the future

There are no plans at the moment for having a section where movies (or pictures) can be uploaded for immediate viewing.
You can upload photos to this message board, and they become visible after we have verified that they are acceptable and legal. It is possible we might extend this in future to movies as well.
