If smilies can be downloaded from somewhere, Sky could add them easily if he wanted. I doubt very much whether there is one of a wetting, so it would nee to be created by a graphic artist. Having done one with my girlfriend with only a little animation for Holly for fun, I know that it would take several hours to create what you are asking for.

Sky needs to run the site, so wouldn't be able to spare the time. If you want a smilie like that, why not create it yourself in a suitable graphics package. Then you can submit it to Sky for all of us to be able to benefit by using it...?
