I voted for desperation, partly because you can have desperation scenarios with an open ending, i.e. they may end in wetting or not depending on the ending you want. I'm not quite sure of the difference between "holding" and "desperation". I voted for desperation and wetting jeans. I love to hold it, the feeling of a full (not painful) bladder and the increasing sharp pressure at the tip of my penis.
