It would make more sense to me if it said to enable cookies. Are you sure it says disable? Or something like: "cookies are disabled"?

Ger.

What browser are you using?

If you don't know, then describe what the icon looks like that you double-click on when you go on the net.

In Firefox it's under Extra in the top bar:

Extra > Options > Privacy > Accept Cookies

It's basically the same in IE. Also under Extra, in my case that is on the top bar all the way on the right:

Extra > Internet Options > Privacy > Set the glider so it accepts cookies. Mine is on normal but I don't use IE.

***

And then - I hope you use one - make sure that your firewall doesn't block cookies. I use Zonealarm Suite and in there it's also under Privacy > Main Tab > Cookie Control off

I hope this helps,
Ger.

Beever,

Please reply when you have read this and picked up the instructions, then the topic can be moved to the Technical Help forum. Thanks.

Hi Beever,

Please could you send a message to us using the form at:

http://support.skymouse-productions.com

Please include your username at the website, so we can quickly identify your account.

This is always the very quickest way to get technical help, as I don't always read the message board each day.
